How to read this¶

| The name | A partner or client asks why Prayukti, or how to spell it |
| Business plan | You want to know what we sell, to whom, and who else is doing it in Bangalore |
| Pricing and deliverables | A client asks "how much" or "what do I get" |
| Costs and break-even | You want to know how many square feet we need to scan to be in profit |
| Operations | Someone has to scan, process or deliver a job |
| Hiring | We are interviewing or training someone |
| Sales | You need a pitch message, rate card text or an answer to a client question |
| Decisions log | You want to know why we decided something, and when |
Ground rules for this site¶
- One page per topic. Keep pages short; a partner should be able to read one on a phone.
- Every settled decision gets a dated one-liner in the decisions log, same day.
- Numbers on these pages are the agreed numbers. If you change one, change it here first, then tell the group.
