Lead tracking (to build)¶

A small lead-tracking CRM for the three partners: who we met, what they need, quote sent, follow-up date, job status. Built in-house on our usual offline-first stack.

Second purpose: show it to K.K. Geosystem (Rohatash) as a working demo. We position ourselves as their extended arm in Bangalore, and this is how we pitch for their CRM and software work too.

Accuracy 1 cm se better. Manual survey team ke 3 din ka kaam, ek visit mein, aur kuch miss nahi hota.

Why not just use an iPhone? See the comparison on the Business plan page.
Can I get DWG? Yes.
Can I get Revit? We deliver IFC, which Revit imports. Native RVT on request for larger jobs.
How accurate? Relative better than 1 cm, absolute better than 5 cm with RTK.
What do you need from us? Access, power, and walls reasonably clear.

Marketing¶

Pradeep to start vlog reels. Budget about ₹5,000/month for reels, site boards, cards. One Gaussian splat of a known Bangalore landmark as the showpiece.
